Variable Speed Limits to Begin on I-95 in Virginia
The Virginia Department of Transportation reports that new LED signs with the capability to display variable speed limits will be illuminated starting Thursday, June 16 on Interstate 95 northbound in Caroline and Spotsylvania counties and in the City of Fredericksburg.
