I-4 Ramp Closure, Detour to FL 429 Thru January 19, 2023
The Florida Department of Transportation reports that there will be intermittent nightly ramp closure on Westbound I-4 to Northbound S.R. 429 (Exit 60).
The ramp closure will occur from January 9 through January 19, everyday from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Detour: Westbound I-4 to I-4, exit 58 (FL 532 – Osceola-Polk Line Road), then left and return to I-4 eastbound to I-4, exit 60 (FL 429)

I-4 Lane Closures in Disney Area From Exit 64 to 58, Expect Delays
The Florida Department of Transportation reports that there will be intermittent nightly lane closures on westbound Interstate 4 from State Route 417 (Exit 64 – Central Florida Greenway) to County Route 532 (Exit 58 – Championsgate Boulevard).
1 right lane will be closed Monday, October 17 through Thursday, November 10 from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Traffic delays are expected.

I-4 at ChampionsGate DDI Open but Much Remain to be Done
The new diverging diamond interchange (#DDI) pattern is open at C.R. 532 and I-4 near ChampionsGate but be advised that work will continue to add pedestrian and bicycle features, curbing, landscaping, and more.

One of Interstate 4’s most problematic traffic bottlenecks may be about to change for the better.

Construction Progress Continues at I-4 and CR 532 Interchange Near Championsgate
The Florida Department of Transportation reports that construction on the new Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) at Interstate 4 (I-4) and County Road (C.R.) 532 near ChampionsGate is progressing smoothly. The excavation of the pond on the southwest corner of the interchange continues and is retaining the runoff water and filtering out pollutants in the area within the project limits.

I-4 Projects Well Underway to Alleviate Bottlenecks in the ChampionsGate Area
The Florida Department of Transportation reports that work on the I-4 and C.R. 532 interchange near ChampionsGate well underway. Construction of a new, innovative diverging diamond interchange will improve traffic flow through the area. Additional Capacity Projects Coming to I-4 near ChampionsGate
As work continues to reconfigure the Interstate 4 (I-4) and County Road (C.R.) 532 interchange near ChampionsGate, additional I-4 roadwork projects are set to begin this fall in Osceola County.

Work Begins on Major I-4 Bottleneck Interchange in Osceola County
Construction began this month on the reconfiguration of the I-4 and CR 532 (Exit 58 Championsgate) interchange to a diverging diamond interchange (DDI).
Unlike a conventional interchange, the lanes in a DDI cross over to the left side of the roadway.
