Alabama I-10 Interchange Startup Delayed
DAPHNE, Ala. — This time last year, authorities said they hoped that construction would start sometime in mid-2009 on a new $23 million Interstate 10 interchange, to be located between the Eastern Shore Centre and Bass Pro Shops in Spanish Fort. That didn’t happen, and the project’s start remains held up for now.
