I-95, I-4 Ramps Closed For Construction in Florida

A major construction project to improve safety of the merge ramps where Interstate 95 and Intersate 4 meet will begin tonight, closing the ramps to traffic between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. for about the next 70 days.
