Construction to Begin on Pennsylvania I-95 Sound Barriers

After years of delay, construction of the the Interstate 95 sound barriers along parts of the expressway in Ridley Township and Ridley Park will begin soon. Ridley Township commissioners at their monthly meeting Jan. 27 announced that the design/build contract has been awarded.
