Expect Construction Backups When New Outlet Mall Opens (The Kentucky Post)

Drivers can expect traffic delays when the new Cincinnati Premier Outlets mall opens in Monroe later this summer. The Ohio Department of Transportation is improving the interchange at I-75 and State Route 63. That’s the exit for the new mall and two flee markets.
