Lane Closures on I-75 in Alachua County Florida Thru October 2

The Florida Department of Transportation is reporting that up to two lanes will be closed on Interstate 75 Monday through Thursday nights from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. between U.S. 441 (Exit 399) in Alachua and the Columbia County line for resurfacing.

Also, possible daytime lane closures Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

No work is allowed from Friday at 6 a.m. to Sunday at 9 p.m.

Full Closure of Southbound I-75 in Ohio Scheduled

The Ohio Department of Transportation is reporting that various lane and ramp closures will be in place on southbound Interstate 75 at the State Route 562/Norwood Lateral (mile marker 7), with a full closure of southbound I-75 scheduled for four nights, beginning Tuesday, Sept. 29.

– Southbound I-75: Single lane closure at 8 p.m. followed by a double lane closure at 11 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28; all lanes reopened by 6 a.m. the next day.

– Southbound I-75: Single lane closure at 8 p.m. followed by full closure nightly at 11 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29 through Friday, Oct. 2; all lanes reopened by 5 a.m. the next day.

– Ramp from SR 562 to southbound I-75: Closed nightly at 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28 through Friday, Oct. 2; ramp reopened by 6 a.m. the next day.

For full closure of southbound I-75, traffic will be detoured to westbound I-275 to eastbound 74 to southbound I-75.

– Work at the I-75/Hopple interchange will require the following closures next week:

– Right lane closure on westbound Marshall Avenue, and left lane closure on eastbound Marshall Avenue between Central Parkway and Massachusetts Avenue. Closure will be in place 24 hours a day.

– Right lane closure on eastbound Hopple Street from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

– Right lane closure on southbound Central Parkway between the eastbound I-74 on ramp and Clifton Hills Avenue Monday, Sept. 28 through Wednesday, Sept. 30. Lane closure will be in place 24 hours a day.

– Various closures on side streets from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

– The ramp from southbound I-75 to eastbound I-275 and from eastbound I-275 to northbound I-75 will be closed from 11 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29 until 5 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30. In addition, a lane closure will be in place on northbound I-75 between I-275 and the Union Centre Blvd interchanges (mile marker 16 to 18), beginning at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, reopening by 5 a.m. the next day.

Ohio I-75 Lane and Ramp Closure Update Thru August 2016

The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District Two announces the following update to the I-75 pavement rehabilitation project:

Lucas County (268-14): Through August 2016, I-75, from the I-75/475 split in Toledo to the Anthony Wayne Trail, is reduced to two lanes. Overnight, 10pm through 6am, single lane restrictions are possible in this work zone.

Ramp closures:

– Through October, the ramp from Lawrence Avenue to southbound I-75 will be closed for pavement installation. Detour: Monroe Street; Michigan Street.

– Through October, the ramp from northbound I-75 to Bancroft Street is closed. Detour: Berdan Ave (Exit 205B); Detroit Avenue.

– Through October, the ramp from Collingwood Boulevard to northbound I-75 is closed. Detour: Dorr Street; Washington Street; 14th Street.

– Through November, the ramp from southbound I-75 to Collingwood Boulevard will be closed for pavement installation. Detour: Washington Street (Exit 202A); Dorr Street.

Through August 2016, the following ramps are restricted or closed:

– The interchange ramp from eastbound I-475 to southbound I-75 is reduced to one lane.

– The interchange ramp from northbound I-75 to westbound I-475 is reduced to one lane.

– The ramp from D­etroit Avenue to southbound I-75 is closed. Detour: Monroe Street; Michigan Avenue; SR 25.

– The ramp from Detroit Avenue to northbound I-75 is closed. Detour: Monroe Street; 14th Street.

Through May 2016, Oakwood Avenue, between Wells Street and Grove Place, is closed for bridge work. Seek alternate route. Project complete: August 2016. All work is weather permitting.

The Florida Department of Transportation is reporting that there will be daytime lane closures on Interstate 10 Monday through Thursday from the Jefferson County line to approximately 11 miles east.

The lane closures are required to install guardrail, pave median crossovers and place the final layer of asphalt. Please drive safely thru these construction zones.

The Florida Department of Transportation is reporting continuous inside eastbound and westbound lane and off-ramp lane closures on I-10 at State Road 23/Cecil Commerce Center Parkway in preparation for building new interchange.

Nighttime westbound road closure of I-10 at Hammond Boulevard Sunday and Monday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. and nighttime eastbound road closure Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. to set bridge beams. Detour is Hammond Boulevard to I-10.

Daytime and nighttime eastbound oversized load transport on I-10 from I-75 to Hammond Boulevard Sunday through Wednesday (October 7) delivering bridge beams.

Nighttime eastbound lane closures on I-10 from Lane Avenue to Ellis Road Sunday through Thursday from 7:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. for concrete work in the median as part of the widening project.

Nighttime lane closures on I-10 at Stockton Street between Rosselle and Phillis streets Tuesday from 8 p.m. to midnight for JEA replacing overhead lines.
